Midori - Forward button is back

Previously, Midori's UI features only back button and forward button will only appear when it is needed

Right now, after you update, the forward button will be back in action

Other than that, performance wise, it is quite fast as compared to the last few builds. If you wanted to try midori-granite, follow the instructions below

1. sudo add-apt-repository ppa:midori/midori-dev

2. sudo apt-get update

3. sudo apt-get install midori-granite

*Note : Doing this will remove your previously installed midori or midori-gtk3

Stay tune

Midori - Granite build update

The following is regarding midori-granite and not the normal midori browser build.

A few changes has been made to the UI

Classier Granite window for adding your bookmarks

Forward button on demand; forward will only be shown when it is necessary (ie. Pressing back from a webpage)

Performance wise, there are still alot of things to be improved, some website loads quite slowly, and some such as Mediafire folders does not load at all

Nevertheless, stay tune for more

Midori Granite Update - New Tab UI

As previously posted, the tab UI is a bit large just as shown below

A bit fat isn't it ?

How if it looks like this ?

Looks much more better and portrays Dan Rabbit's previous mockup on Midori

Midori + Granite

Have you ever wonder if Midori will be sexified one day ?

Take a look at this video below

From the video, it is a new and latest build of midori-granite from Midori Development PPA.

It is still in early stage where tab closing is not possible and title bar were missing when being maximized.

Which one would you prefer ?
